Background
Loki was a drug dealer Dan attempted to jail several times, only to released on probation each time to continue his crimes. Dan blackmailed Joel into killing him, but the attempt failed. Instead of eating him, Sheila bit him, turning him into an Undead person.
After turning into an Undead, his personality appears to change and he starts performing at amateur music night and doing the things he had always wanted to do in life.
After Sheila befriends the new Loki, he begins a romantic pursuit of her, only to be eventually killed by she and Joel stabbing him in the head.
